From there, continue with these steps.
If so, and you are still experiencing issues, let's go ahead and double-check your browser. Open the information in a private browser and try to export that information again. Below are some shortcuts to assist you.
If you were able to export the payroll information, this indicates that your cache needs to be cleared. Depending on your browser, follow this link to clear those cache.
Another option could be to use another browser to see if this situation happens on all platforms.

The issue is that the "Export" button is no longer showing on the shortcut menu. Where did it go?

If the steps my colleague provided above aren't working for you, I recommend contacting our Technical Support for further investigation. This may be a situation that will need to be escalated to our Engineering Team.

It worked using the private window on Safari. I can see the export button is back now.Thanks for the tip. Below pics of before and after.
