You can access the certification exam through your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account, MsCrystal. Follow the detailed guide below to successfully complete the assessment.
As a ProAdvisor, you have the opportunity to take free courses and earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits to maintain your professional license. Many ProAdvisor courses not only enhance your QuickBooks knowledge but also allow you to earn CPE credits. To achieve these credits, complete the entire course and pass the assessment. Here's the process for taking the certification exam:
1. Go to the ProAdvisor menu in the left navigation bar of your QBOA account.
2. Click on Training.
3. Browse and select the certification you want to take.
4. Click on Take Exam.
Remember, you have three attempts to pass the exam. Be sure to review your answers before submitting each section, and then submit all sections for grading.
