You can find the Customer types in the Customer Hub, littlebrook29. I'll outline the steps below.
 
Here's how:
 
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
 
- Go to the Customer Hub and choose Customer.

 
- From the Customers screen, select Customer types.

 
- Click New customer type and enter a name for the customer type.

 
- Once done, select Save.
