where to find and add customer types on the customer page

You can find the Customer types in the Customer Hub, littlebrook29. I'll outline the steps below.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Customer Hub and choose Customer.

  3. From the Customers screen, select Customer types.

  4. Click New customer type and enter a name for the customer type.

  5. Once done, select Save.
