Which report would reflect the annual operating budget for a company?

Hi, @tm52. I can help you show this type of report.

Once you have created a budget, you can utilize the two basic budget reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can pull up the Budget Overview report to reflect the annual operating budget for a company. From the Standard tab, you can see this in the Business overview section.

You can also follow these steps for quicker access:

  1. Click the Search icon on the top right.
  2. Type budget and then select Budget Overview.
  3. From the Report period drop-down, pick This Calendar Year.
  4. Hit Run report.

In relevance to budget, you can also pull up Budget vs. Actuals that shows the actual amounts and planned budget. You can still see this under Business overview from the Standard reports.

In addition, if you'd like to format reports in QuickBooks Online, you can reference this article to get your targets and sources: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you need more help with running reports. I'm always here to assist you more. Have a good one!
