If you get a blank page when running the General Ledger report, we can do troubleshooting to identify what's causing this.
Let's try opening your account using the incognito mode or private browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
Then, run the report again and if you're able to pull it up, I'd suggest clearing your browser's cache. This helps refresh the browser connection. You can also try using a different browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.
