You'll want to review the payment transactions. This way, we can look further why they aren't showing on the Budget Vs. Actuals report.

 

In case the payment wasn't attached to an invoice, please apply it. Just click the Plus sign icon, then choose Receive Payment.

 

I'll also appreciate if you can attach some screenshots for the payment and the Budget Vs. Actuals report.

Why are we suddenly not able to see payment data against a receivable account in our Budget vs Actual report?

I have fixed the formatting issues on the Budget Vs Actual Report.

 

The issue now to focus on is the fact that in the Actual Column the majority of data is correct, however, the Actual Column for Membership Dues (we are a Club) is reflective of the original invoice data, its not capturing the payments applied to the receivable account where the the invoices were created.  The payment transactions appear to be correctly done, though I am still investigating.  We have been doing this for some time and this has never happened before.

The problem I still have is that in the Budget Vs Actual Report, while all the data in the Actual column correctly reflects the payments or deposits made, the one exception remains the Actual membership Dues (we are a club) .  These transactions reflect the invoice data in the Receivable account in which they were created.  The payment data appears to not being captured.  The payment transactions appear to be in order, though I am still investigating.   We have been doing this for some time and this has never happened before.

I tried creating invoices and payments in my test account and it reflected on my Budget Vs Actual report. As much as I would love to get this handled directly, but I don't have the access to run a screen sharing session with you.
