Join nowI'm here to help you get in, @vmsmgr. Let me provide some troubleshooting options to ensure you can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
When your user ID and password aren't linked to an existing QBO company, it means that the system is unable to locate an account that matches the login credentials you used to sign in.
If you access an account that you haven't logged into for a year or longer, it's possible that the original information was deleted because of the inactivity. To rectify this, I recommend reaching out to our customer service team so you'll be assisted in a secure environment.

Moreover, I'll share this reference to help you close your previous fiscal year and prepare for the new one in QBO: Year-end guide for QuickBooks Online.
Please keep me updated on your further concerns by leaving a reply below. I'll reach out to you as soon as possible to keep you assisted. Take care, and have a good one.
