To make sure I’m on the same page, are you referring to the information showing in the memo field? Have you tried using a different browser when printing?
I replicated this on my company and I’m unable to see the general ledger cash account. I’d appreciate if you could provide a screenshot to help me give a clearer picture on what happened.
