Your billing information might need an update to resolve this issue.
I'm here to walk you through the steps on how to update it.
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and settings.
- Go to the Billing Subscription tab.
- Update your payment information.
If it's still on hold after updating, I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support team so we can check your account.
