Join now1 person (the admin of all people) in our company (we have 6 licenses/seats) had trouble getting into quickbooks yesterday. It said that our credit card didn't go through for renewal? Other people were able to get on just fine. The person called quickbooks to figure out what was going on, but said they couldn't talk to him because he wasnt the admin? It sounded like a really weird call. He ended up able to get into quickbooks, but it was just really weird.
I called the other day just to inquire about adding payroll features to our quickbooks and the lady said she couldn't tell me anything. I asked "cant you even tell me about pricing and features?" and then she went into a thing about changing over to quickbooks online which wouldnt work for us at all.
Have other people had experiences like this? We just want to keep using quickbooks the same way we are using it into the next year, but we can't get any real answers from anyone

QBD Enterprise Platinum is already included Enhanced Payroll feature. You don't need to pay anything else to use it.
