Why isn’t the iPhone app working anymore?

To make sure that I can provide you with the best resolution, may I know what specific issue you're getting? Did you receive any error messages? This will help me investigate why you're having this kind of issue with your mobile app.

 

For now, let's refresh your data to see the latest available information in your QuickBooks Online app. Let me guide you on how.

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

In your device Settings:

 

  1. Select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  2. Click Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.

 

If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to refresh the connection between your app and mobile. You can also open your account through a web browser.
