Why my accounting hold

Could you clarify what you mean by "accounting hold"? Are you referring to a situation where you can't access your QuickBooks Online account data, or is it related to your QuickBooks Payments or QuickBooks Payroll account being on hold? Any additional details you provide would be appreciated.


In the meantime, if you are referring to your QBO account, I suggest checking the Subscription and Billing page to see the subscription status. Here's how to do it:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Subscription and Billings.
  3. Please verify the status and make the payment if not yet paid.
