Will you please send me our GA DOL pin number so I may log into our acct online?

I can provide the information you need to access your account online. If you're unsure of your pin for your credentials, you'll need to get in touch with the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) customer service.

One of them will need to take over and check your account on the system. In case you need the support link, as well as the direct website to reset pin, visit these websites:

I've tried TWICE and cannot get a response. I saw where I could reset my pin at Georgia DOL, but was worried, since I have assisted payroll through Quickbooks, it might mess up their reporting to the agency.  So that's why I was guessing they must have a pin since they submit our info electronically.  Am I wrong?  Will resetting my pin not affect Quickbooks?

I have emailed the GA DOL twice. And every time I call, its busy. For obvious reasons I'm sure.  So I thought since I had assisted payroll, perhaps QuickBooks had a pin to submit our reports electronically.  I saw where I can reset the pin, but worry it might cause an issue with Quickbooks and our assisted payroll submissions, if I change it.  Am I wrong?  Would Quickbooks have their own pin and NOT be using our pin? Or do you know?

I hope your day is going well so far. After looking into this issue, we don't have a pin to provide you with. The pin comes from the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL). To receive this pin and the best insight into resetting your pin, we recommend to contacting the Georgia Department of Labor.
