Add a Business Account

Hello

I am trying to add my bank to Quickbooks online (I have done this with no issues for other banks).  I am unable to add this account and I believe it's because my bank has a separate login for business and personal online accounts.  When I try to add the account (franklinbnk.com) I get the (103) error and I have verified that I am using the correct username/password.  I believe this is because QB is defaulting to trying use the personal online login page which is different than the business online login page.

I have tried copying the login page url (a secureinternetbank.com page) but it still defaults back to franklinbnk.com.  Has anyone else seen this type of issue?

Hello, salemboatingclub.

Thank you for sharing your concern here in the Community. I appreciate your time and patience to get this fixed.
Error 103 is usually caused by an incorrect bank user ID or password.
You can contact your bank and verify what link to use to connect the bank to QuickBooks.
While verifying it to your bank, we can manually download your transactions.

Here's how:
To avoid duplicate transactions, you need to verify the specific date of the existing transaction by viewing the register.
Sign in first to your bank website and follow through the steps given by your bank on how to download CSV, QBO, QFX file and save it on your desktop.
If you were able to download the file.
     1. Sign in  to your QuickBooks account and select the Banking menu.
     2. Choose Upload transactions.
     3. Click browse and the file that you downloaded from your bank website.
     4. Select open, then click Next.
     5. Choose the bank account and click Let's go.
