Hello there, reyes-alvarez. I can help you transfer the funds to another account.
If you mean transferring the funds from checking to the savings account, it will not affect anything because both of them have the same type of account.
With that being said, I would recommend not to set up the saving account as a sub-account. Find the savings from chart of accounts. Right click and select Edit account. Uncheck the Subaccount of box.
