I can see you're trying to remove duplicate transactions on your Chart of Accounts, @Fox_Cleaning_Co.
I'm here to provide some insights and walk you through the steps to delete them in QuickBooks Online with ease.
When deleting duplicate transactions from your COA page, you'll have to manually do it one at a time. I recommend having your bank statement on hand while doing the procedure. This serves as your reference to make sure you're taking out the right transactions. Once ready, follow these steps:
- Open the Accounting tab, then click on Chart of Accounts.
- Find the bank account in question, then hit View register.
- Compare your bank statement from your bank register.
- Click on the duplicate transaction.
- Hit the Delete button.
Kindly perform the same steps for all other transactions you want to delete.
