Buy nowTrying to connect business bank accounts. QBO connects to the institution and shows a list of accounts. I try to click them to select but none are clickable, ie. clicking doesn't do anything. The "Connect" button is grayed out because nothing has been selected.
Tried this with another bank where I have my business credit card and same issue.

Since you're unable to choose a bank account when connecting accounts, I'd initially recommend troubleshooting your browser. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Web browsers save these files, and sometimes they can cause issues when viewing certain webpages.

If you've tried each of the troubleshooting processes mentioned about, but are still unable to pick an account to connect, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I tried clearing cache, but that didn't do anything. So I opened a Private tab and this time, after selecting American Express, got the message "We're Sorry. We're unable to complete your request at this time. Please contact App/Web Partner for more information." code c604.
