Bank connection always has issue. I have 2 chase accounts, there were good for last quarter. once I paid off quarter tax, it always can only connect one account

Moving on, I suggest logging into your financial institution's website or consulting with their customer care team to check for any updates, outages, or maintenance on their system. If none, log into your account using a private browser to narrow down the result. Please refer to these keyboard shortcut keys to proceed:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once you can connect your bank to QuickBooks seamlessly using the private session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing it would remove stored data utilities that impact the system's performance. If the issue persists, you can explore and use another supported browser.
