Please note that a few factors must be considered for transactions to appear on the Bank Deposit page. Firstly, you need to ensure a transaction is recorded in your Undeposited Funds account. Additionally, if you have Multi-currency turned on, select the correct currency. Similarly, ensure you choose the right location if you have location tracking.
If all of these factors are met, and you are still unable to see the transactions, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to check if this is a browser-related issue. Sometimes, the cache and cookies of your browser become corrupted, causing problems while accessing websites or opening files.
To start, you can open QuickBooks Online in an incognito window to avoid using your regular browser's history. Then, make a bank deposit to check if the transactions appear.
Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
- Control + Option +P if you're using Safari.
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge.
If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache so the system can restart. This task is also possible in other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with clearing the stocked cache and cookies causing the issues.
Once you have deposited the transactions, you can reconcile your books to match them with your bank feeds.
