May I know what is the name of your bank? Did you encounter any error messages?
There's a probability that the connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks was interrupted. I'd recommend contacting your bank to verify if they have an ongoing page maintenance that's causing the interruption.
Meanwhile, we can do the manual update to refresh the bank transactions list.
1. In the Banking page, click the Update button.
2. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication Credentials (MFA).
3. Click Continue update.
If it doesn't update your bank transactions list, you can contact our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They'll be able to investigate and provide further troubleshooting steps about this case.
