bank feeds

I have 2 accounts in my bank feeds: bank and credit card. Both are listed in the drop down but only the credit card account shows up on the bank feeds screen.  When I try to select from the drop down it does not turn green indicating it is available.  After trying and trying it eventually turns green but usually after I manually downloaded.  What I'm am doing wrong? thanks

Hello rwcjr.

Thank you for connecting with the Community today. I am happy to hear it worked eventually but let's try to make this work all the time. Let's go ahead and reestablish the connection because it may have been broken. Here's how:

  1. Create a backup of your Company file.
  2.  Before you turn Bank Feeds off, make sure you match or delete all the downloaded transactions for the account.
  3. Go to Lists and then select Chart of Accounts.
  4. Right-click the account you want to turn off. Then select Edit Account.
  5. Go to Bank Settings.
  6. Select Deactivate all online services, then select OK.
  7. Select Save & Close.

That handles the deactivating portion! The article linked below will assist with reconnecting the connection.

You can always drop your comment below if you have other concerns or follow-up banking inquiries in QBDT. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
