bank feeds

I was using QBS Pro 2017. As of 5/31/20, Online Banking service was discontinued in QBS 2017. I upgraded to 2020. When I try to go to Bank Feeds, it says "You have accounts which are set up for Bank Feeds but are currently not enabled. Before you can use Bank Feeds features you must open the account edit form, select the Online Services tab, and check the desired services." How do you do this?

Hi, @sarah18.

This can be done by going to the Chart of Accounts.

Here's how:

Go to the Lists menu at the top menu bar.
Select Chart of Accounts from the result.
Look for the bank account, then right-click on it to open.
Tap EditAccount.
From the Edit Account window go to the Bank Feed Settings.
Select the Online Services tab or Activate Online Services.
Then follow the on-screen instructions to continue the setup.
