You can disable the accounts that you don't want to sync with QuickBooks Online (QBO) by going to Manage connections, SPerez.


Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Link account.
  3. Select Manage connections.

  4. Toggle the switch off for the specific account you want to disable.
  5. Hit Disable now.
