I purchased a desktop Quickbooks Pro 2017 many years ago and have used it off and on throughout the years. I'm back at it now and having trouble connecting to my bank.
I get the "Temporarily Close All Windows. All open QB windows will be closed temporarily to set ip Bank Feeds services. Do you want to continue?" After choosing yes, QB closed down and I'm back to my computer's home screen. No error is offered.
You'll need to update to a newer version of QBs if you want to use Online Banking.
QB generally stops supporting a version after 3 years. At that time, the Online Banking also stops working and you can no longer get software updates. You can keep using QB2017, but you just can't use the Online Banking feature, just manual entries.
