An outdated version of QuickBooks can affect the behavior of the software. Let me help you with updating your QuickBooks so you'll be able to set up your Chase bank account successfully.
Here's how:
- From the QuickBooks▼ drop-down menu, select Check for QuickBooks Updates.
- If a newer version is available, select Install Update.
- When prompted, select Install and Relaunch.

On the other hand, changing the language on your QuickBooks is currently not available. QuickBooks Desktop for Windows and Mac is designed to use English (United States) language.
