Can you share more details about what $7000 is? Would this be related to services fees? Or would this be part of QuickBooks Payments? If not, is this related to a bank record categorization? 

I'd appreciate if you could give more details about the issue. This way, I can come up with the solutions or give you important details about it.

Customers that paid me online went into the QuickBooks account and when I transferred it over to the bank instead of putting it in the account it took it out of my account
