Can I "Bulk Edit" the price of 100 different products at one time, or do I need to edit literally each and every one?

Let me share some information updating prices for different products one at a time in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Bulk editing for item prices in QBO is unavailable. However, you can export the items and modify the prices before importing them back to QBO. Here's how:

1. From the Gear icon, choose Products and Services.
2. Select the Filter icon, choose Inventory from the Type drop-down arrow, and choose Apply.
3. Click on the Export icon beside the Print List icon.

Otherwise, you'll want to look for a third-party app that enables this feature. 

In the meantime, I suggest forwarding this feedback to our Product Developers so they can add this recommendation to future product enhancements. I'll show you how:

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
2. Enter your feedback Suggestion.
3. Press Next.

You can change the price in bulk if you are using a 3rd party inventory management app.

This is just one more area where online doesn't have the functionality of desktop. It also doesn't ask if I want to edit the cost from the supplier, which I have to do one at a time. I think this stinks!

This is just another area where desktop is superior to online, but you won't let us use it anymore so we have to pay you more fees. I have to change both the cost from the supplier and the sales price individually or download them. QB desktop asked me if I wanted to change the price from our suppliers every time I used a different one on a PO or bill, and allowed me to edit prices to the customer easily in bulk. I think the inefficiencies and the outrageous pricing totally stink.
