Can I change a reconciled transaction and replace with another transaction with same amount but different accounts, without messing my reconciliation report and balance?

Welcome to the Community, Alfonso. Let me share some information about reconciled transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If you're referring to changing the category of an account, you can simply edit the transaction and update the category directly, without needing to delete and recreate it. This won't have a direct impact on the reconciliation report as long as the date and amount remain unchanged. However, it will affect your financial report because the category has been modified.

 

Meanwhile, if the account is a bank account, deleting and recreating it will affect the balance. In this case, the affected period may need to be redone to correct the balance.
