Can I change the currency from US dollars to pounds of my account

You're in the right place, @harleyhodges628-. I have all the instructions you'll need to have pounds as your currency.

If you are not located in the US, you may open a QBSE account specific to your country version. For example, you may open a QBSE UK version account to have GBP as your default currency.

Here's how:

1. You can select your country through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
2. Click Plans and Pricing.
3. Under There’s a plan whatever your business needs, select Manage Self Assessment only.
4. Click Buy now & save.
5. Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions.

If you are located in the UK, you should open QBSE UK version.

Otherwise, you may have a workaround to deal with multi currency transactions.
