We can undo the reconciliation instead of deleting it, billing109.
Please be reminded that you can only un-reconcile one transaction at a time. Here's how to do it:
- Head over to Settings and select the Chart of Accounts tab.
- Find the account you need and click on View register.

- Look at the check column. If you see an “R” next to the transaction, it means it's reconciled.
- Click on the transaction to see more details.
- In the checkmark ✔ column, click on the box with the R repeatedly until the box is clear. This action will remove the transaction from the reconciliation.
- Don’t forget to click Save.
