Buy nowHello there, support-boxmetho. I understand the importance of having your transaction from Amazon accurately recorded in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QuickBooks Online (QBO) is built with the ability to connect with a variety of institutions to import transactions. However, there's no option to upload Amazon data in the App transaction.
On the other hand, you can explore third-party importer tools to get the older transaction. Otherwise, you'll have to manually enter them. Here's how:
Alternatively, you can enter your transaction directly though the register: Manually add transactions to account registers in QuickBooks Online
Additionally, you can categorize your transactions to manage them before the reconciliation process.
Keep us posted if you have other concerns in importing your transaction and other QuickBooks-related. We're ready to help you and address it to help you manage your account smoothly in QuickBooks. Have a nice day!
You may need to use a paid connector as the workaround.
I'm only looking to pull Amazon payouts into Quickbooks Online via the Amazon Seller Connector. I was able to pull in 90 days of payout data, but haven't been able to get the rest of 2023. Is this an Amazon API restriction?
What other Quickbooks to Amazon Seller Central connector is recommended or is there another way?

Thanks for the additional information, support.
Let me share additional information regarding your concern about getting all the payout data. Since you're using an app to upload, please know that Amazon allows QuickBooks to pull in up to 90 days of historical data based on Amazon Settlement Reports, hence why extracting all the payout data isn't possible.
For now, if you need the remaining data, it's best to contact Amazon directly. However, manually importing the data is impossible since this feature is available for banks rather than apps.
As for integration recommendations, you can check out the available apps in QBO and choose the one that suits your needs. If you need more specific recommendations, feel free to reach out to Amazon.
Furthermore, to review your bank downloaded transactions, you can visit this article: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Hi there,
I had the same problem. The Amazon Seller Connector only pulled in 90 days of data when I set it up. I needed a full year too, but it wouldn’t let me go back further.
That’s when I found Synder, and it was a big help. Synder lets you bring in older Amazon data, not just the last 90 days. You can upload past transactions, and Synder sends everything into QuickBooks with the right categories.
I use Synder to keep all my Amazon data accurate in QuickBooks, and it also works with other platforms like eBay, Etsy, and Shopify if you ever need that.
If you want more than 90 days of data and don’t want to deal with manual work, I’d definitely recommend using Synder. It made things much easier for me.
