Furthermore, if you have tried all the options matching your bank's name and still can't connect, or if your bank doesn’t appear, request support from your bank.
- Navigate to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
- Choose Link account.
- Search for your financial institution's name. If QuickBooks cannot locate your bank, you will receive a message stating, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," along with helpful tips to aid in locating your bank account.
- If your bank remains elusive, select Request.
- Enter your bank's website address (URL) in the designated field, then proceed with the request.
