Can i link my credit card to my account

Yes. You can link your credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @arlethlmhc. Let's team up to get your credit transactions to start flowing inside the program.

If you're ready to connect your card to your account, you can use these steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  3. Click Link Account.
  4. Enter the URL or name of your bank in the Search field, then select the bank. Note: If you can’t find your bank, you can manually upload transactions instead.
  5. Enter your Sign info in the Login and Password fields, then select Continue.
  6. Click the account that you want to connect and date to pull transactions from the dropdown ▼. Then, select Next. A reminder, some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
  7. Select your account type on the Account type ▼ dropdown, then select Next. Take note to choose the account type that matches your chart of accounts in QuickBooks. If you don’t see the correct account type, select +Add new.
  8. In the Account Type ▼ dropdown, select Credit Card.
  9. Give the account a name and then select Save and Close.
  10. Select Connect, then select Done.

Feel free to see this page to know more about the process: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
