Can I MOVE my Bank Accounts around in the Bank Transactions Area at the TOP of the Page ?

Unfortunately, this means rearranging or moving the bank accounts to the top of the page or changing their order directly within the Bank Transactions area is not possible.

They CAN be moved around.

Yes, you can reorder your bank accounts using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Let me provide you with steps to do so.

 Here's how:

 In the left panel, click on Transactions and then select Bank transactions.
Choose the drop-down arrow next to your bank account.
Zoom out on your computer screen.
Hit the Reorder accounts located at the bottom of the list.
Click the pencil icon; a cross cursor will appear when you select the bank account you want to drag.
Click Save.

1. To rearrange your linked bank accounts in QBO, start by clicking the Transactions menu.
2. Look for the arrow icon next to your listed bank accounts.
3. Click on the desired bank account, then click and hold.
4. Drag the bank account to your preferred order in the list.
