QuickBooks offers two ways to remove duplicate transactions from your bank. You can either Exclude or Delete them. I'll show you how to accomplish it.
To exclude transactions:
Transactions will then be removed to the excluded transaction list.
To delete transactions:
Following the steps above, you'll surely remove the transactions you don't need.

You can batch delete or void transactions if you're using QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2020, Enterprise, or Enterprise Accountant 2020.

However, if you've already added them to your register, you need to manually delete transactions individually. The same goes for the entries on your reports. You have to open each transaction and delete it.
