Can I use the "Connect to eBay Payments" with 2 eBay managed Payments accounts (linked to 2 of our eBay accounts with different user names)?

Hello there, @jaykha2-ptd-net. I recognize the importance of being able to link multiple eBay accounts in QBO with different usernames.

I'd love to sort this out for you. However, the option to link multiple accounts with different usernames is unavailable, which is why QBO allows you to download the connect app once.

It’d be best to reach out to eBay Customer Support since it's a third-party application. From there, they'll be able to guide you through the best process for linking accounts.

Any concerns about syncing or integrating the third-party software into your account are best handled by their technical support. If you have already connected to eBay in QBO, here's how to reach them:

1. Go to the Apps menu.
2. Click My Apps. 
3. Choose your eBay app to contact their technical support.

Thanks for the fast response- two comments:

1 The App does not appear on the Simple Start My Apps screen, even though it has been installed.

2  eBay will not allow the same Managed Payments account to be used for 2 accounts.

I got the steps you need to fix this unusual behavior in your QuickBooks Online app. But before we proceed, can you bring up the app from the taskbar located at the bottom of your screen?

To start with, we can consider installing the same version of the app on your other device or desktop. This way, we can compare if both devices have the same behavior or not. If it works fine, consider checking the system requirement and compatibility of the app with your device.

If not, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so a specialist can create a ticket associated with your account to be submitted to our engineers for further investigation of this unexpected behavior.

Here's how to reach them:

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.

 eBay itself understands the importance of sellers having multiple accounts and allows us to do this. However we have to pick and choose which one will automatically import to our QBO account. I assume the same goes for sellers that have more than one Shopify store. Is there any 3rd party application that will import multiple accounts from the same platforms?
