Can missing 2024 transactions be uploaded somehow?

Yes, Canineconnectedcm. You can upload your 2024 missing bank transactions in your QuickBooks Self-Employed. Let's accomplish this task by working together and ensuring you have your bank statements ready for reference.

Adding older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) involves a two-step process. First, obtain a copy of your missing 2024 transactions as a CSV file from your bank and save it to your laptop or desktop. If you already have it, let's proceed with the upload.

Before proceeding, please review all your QBSE transactions to ensure that the missing 2024 data have not already been uploaded, which would prevent duplicates.

Here's how you can import them:

  1. Open your QBSE account in a web browser.
  2. Go to Gear Icon, then select Imports.
  3. Click Import older transactions for the account to which you want to add transactions.

  4. Choose Browse, then find the file from your bank in the Downloads folder on your desktop.
  5. Select the file, then click Open to start the import.
  6. Verify that the date, description, and amount columns align with those in QuickBooks by carefully checking the corresponding data. The order of the remaining columns can vary.
  7. Click Continue to complete the import.

To review your newly imported missing transactions, follow Step 4 in this article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once everything is in order, it's essential to categorize the downloaded transactions to match them with their respective accounts.

Our door is open 24/7 for additional clarification in importing your 2024 missing bank transactions into QBSE. You can also use the REPLY button below and mention my name in the comments. I'm just a notification bell away.
