Can't link with my Synovus credit card to download charges and now same issue with my Citi card

I have some updates about the reported issues of these banks, dwyerlogistics.

 

The issue with Synovus credit card has been fixed. Since you're still unable to link this account to QBO, I'd suggest contacting our phone agents. They'll fix this for you to ensure that you can start downloading transactions.

 

On the other hand, our engineers are still working with Citi Card to fix the issue. The error when connecting this account usually means the bank's website is unavailable due to maintenance. While they're working on it, you can also reach out to us. We'll add you to the list of affected users, so you'll be updated when this is resolved.

 

Here's how to get our contact number:

  1. Go to this link https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select Solving issues & error messages topic.
  4. Click the Banking sub-topic.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.
