Can't remove Square connection/ transactions even after wiping data. The connectionstrings page is empty

I'll make sure the Square connection isn't syncing into your QuickBooks Online account anymore.

Thanks but there’s no disconnect option in drop down  and connectionsettings page won’t load (it loads empty).

Any idea on how to remove disconnect square that has not gone even after wiping down everything? I cannot even access the connection settings page (loads empty). Thanks!
