Can’t save bank account and credit card info

Several reasons why you're unable to save your bank account/credit card information:

• The bank could not participate in connectivity services.
• Your bank only connects with certain types of accounts, such as business accounts rather than personal ones.
• Your bank could be undergoing system maintenance.
• Some banks appear under multiple names in our system, so ensure you select the correct one or try all possible URLs associated with your bank.

Please ensure your bank supports online banking with QuickBooks by logging into your bank's website and copying the URL. Use this URL to search for and link the correct account in QuickBooks.

1. Select Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
2. Click Link account.
3. On the Connect an account page, enter your bank's name or URL in the search field.
4. Press the Enter key.
5. Select your bank, and follow the instructions to save your credit card/ bank account.

Once this concern is resolved, you can now categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online after saving the accounts.
