Hello @discoverykidscam, welcome to the Community.
I'm so glad you were able to find us so that I can assist you today.
Looking into this I have come across the fact that it won't show up on the actual transaction list.
The workaround would be to pull a customized report, where you can view the refunds during a specific time frame.
To pull a report of Refunds;
- Go to Reports on the left side navigation menu
- Scroll down to the For my accountant section
- Select the Transaction Detail by Account
- Click the Customize button at the top
- Select the Reporting period
- Expand the Filter section
- Mark the Transactions Type box
- Use the Dropdown to select Refund (you can also select Credit Memo if it pertains to you)
- Click the Run Report button
- You can then Save customization after running the report
