Let me share information about connecting bank accounts in QuickBooks Online.
You can search for your bank in QuickBooks Online to know if it can be connected to the software. Also, when connecting banks, please note that some will let you download the last 90 days of transactions while others are within 24 months.
Here's how you can find and connect your bank account:

If your bank doesn't support QB yet, you can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
