Hello, jltraining777-gm.
When you encounter strange behaviors like missing data, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix them. This might be caused by a corrupted file cache stored in your browser. To rule this out, Let's open the webpage in an incognito or private browser. This mode will not save your browsing history and will help isolate any web issues.
If you'll able to see the transactions, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to delete the stored junk files. You can switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.

Thank you for your reply. I did clear my cache and tried again to no avail. However, I'm not sure how this would have any effect on what I'm trying to do since I am not having any problems with automatic downloads of new transactions. What I am having problems with is manual uploads of older transactions. I have made many attempts trying different things. My first attempts uploaded some transactions but not back to the dates I requested. Now, my attempts won't upload any transactions off the file at all. The file I'm trying to upload is only 1.36 KB and QBO will give me a prompt that says its been uploaded, but nothing is there. I would appreciate any suggestions to solve this issue. Thank you!
