Yes, you can use a mobile check deposit with a QuickBooks Checking account. To use this feature, you need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking or QuickBooks Money, and your account must be active and in good standing.
Just a heads up that Mobile check deposit isn't available to all customers. If you're eligible, you'll see the option to Deposit check when you click on Get Money.
To deposit checks using QuickBooks Online on your mobile, follow these steps:
1. Open the QuickBooks Online app.
2. Click Cash Flow.
3. On the QuickBooks Checking homepage, tap Send Money.
4. Tap Deposit checks.
