Buy nowHi, after CC has been reconciled, QBO shows two options, check or bill. From historical transactions, it looks like neither option was used by the client. Does it mean that CC and Bank accounts are connected, if yes, will CC be on auto pay or I still need to perform a transfer from checking to CC to pay the credit card?

You're correct, using your Pay down credit card option is for recording payments you've already made.
After reconciling your credit card transactions, you can make a payment towards a credit card. You'll see a few different options.
Here's each option and what they mean:
If you want to make a full or partial payment, you can choose Pay all or a portion of the bill now.
