Certain transactions are not pulling in from my bank statement. How do I reconcile this?

There are several deposits that are showing up on my statements that did not pull into my Quickbook account. This is causing a discrepancy to my ending balance.

Certain transactions are not pulling in from my bank statement. How do I reconcile this?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @rachelmaeroff1.

Let's figure out the cause of why you can't see those certain transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please know that QuickBooks relies on the transactions entered from your bank statement. With this, you'll want to review the bank register specifically the filters. This might be why you're unable to see those transactions.

I'd be glad to guide you on how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and choose the Chart of Accounts section.
  2. Click the View register link of the bank account.
  3. Select the funnel icon and filter it by Reconcile StatusTransaction TypePayee, and Date.
  4. Hit Apply.

 Once verified that the transactions were not entered, you still have the option to import those transactions manually in QBO. Please visit this resource for guidance: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, check out these articles that may come in handy in categorizing and reconciling your bank transactions seamlessly:

I'm still ready to back you up if you need more help with bank transactions in QBO. I'll keep the thread open so you can comment back. Take care always.

@rachelmaeroff1

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license)  as a workaround.
