Three weeks ago we had the Chase bank feed system working. Earlier this week, it failed with a message saying that the browser we were using was incompatible with Chase's security requirements.
Following various troubleshooting tips provided by Intuit on this site, I removed the Chase bank feed.
Now I am unable to restore it. When I add the feed, I am presented with a dialog box that says:
Chase Bank (All) - New Bank requires you sign in to your bank account on an external browser to add or download transactions. Sign in to your bank account now?
There are three buttons: Find out more; Cancel and Yes, sign in
Pressing Yes, sign in generates a pop up message that lasts for less than a second making it almost impossible to read. To the best of my ability to determine this message says: "Closed the browser window before signing in? Select cancel to close this message and try the sign in process again"
I have attempted to open a browser window external to Quickbooks Enterprise, pointing at chase.com and logged in to our account (Microsoft Edge). This had no effect.
We upgraded to Enterprise v23 today. Still doesn't work.
System Details:
Quickbooks Enterprise: 2023 Manufacturing and Wholesale
Update: After uninstalling v21, we encountered several issues with re-launching v23. Running the program as Administrator allowed it to do whatever additional setup steps were required, and after finally gaining access to our company file again, I was able to successfully connect to Chase via the bank feeds.
