We are using blank check stock. COMPLETELY BLANK with PRINTBOSS software to print different company checks.
QUESTION - How do I print a check in quickbooks desktop with only routing number(ABA number) and bank account number with company name on it? It would be payable to nobody and zero amount.
Just a blank check with company name and bank aba/account number info.
Similar to a voided check you give your employer for direct deposit of payroll.
Thanks for reaching out to us, ChetAsher.
I'll provide you with some information so you can print the routine and the bank account number on a blank check.
The ability to print bank details onto check stock isn't available in QuickBooks. However, PrintBoss can print the account and routing number onto the MICR line of blank check stock as a QuickBooks add-on software.
Simply integrating it with QuickBooks Desktop is all that is required. Then, you may create a bank record using the PrintBoss wizards. I recommend contacting their support so they can assist you in setting up your bank details. They can help you through the procedure since they're familiar with their application.
Once done, select the PrintBoss printer in QuickBooks since it will show as a printer driver when printing checks. This is what makes the PrintBoss-QuickBooks integration so simple and effective.
