As-salamu Alaykum,

Thank you for writing here.

If your bank has listed in the QBO platform, you can connect that bank. Can you please contact the bank?

If you can't connect to the bank, then you need to upload the bank statements manually.

For further assistance, reply here or check my bio.

Thanks.

Walicom alsalam,

it’s written in quickbook website only. And as the website says you can connect. But in reality its misinformation because its not in the list. Regarding contacting the bank. Its 3rd party apps and from quickbook its only on there website. But once you subscribe you cant find it.
how to do it manually?

What file formats can you download from your bank? e.g *.csv, *.pdf

Thank you so much for your @Sultan Al Rahoomi for your response.

Then you need to download the bank statement after end of the month, and upload it in QuickBooks Online in your account.

You can download it as pdf/csv. Whatever the format is, you need to modify it as QuickBooks Online designed.

After uploading it properly, only then you can start reconciliation.

For any bookkeeping assistance check my bio.

You can't upload the raw file. You need to process it as QuickBooks Online Required.

For QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, assistance check my bio .

If you are looking for an easy converter, you have to pay, but if you take help from a QBO expert bookkeeper then it will be a by-product.

Thank you.

Hello, schadykf. Let me share some thoughts regarding connecting your bank account.

When connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), please know you can only connect if you're using a US bank. When connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), navigate to the Transactions menu and press Bank Transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu within the left navigation panel and press Bank Transactions.
  2. Press the Link account.
  3. Within the Search bar icon, enter the name of your bank.
  4. Click the name of your bank.
  5. Follow the on-screen process.

If you can't find the name of your bank, you can send a request to add your bank by pressing the Still can't find your provider? option then enter your name and the URL of the Account Provider. Click the Request button.

As of the moment, you can manually import the transactions that you have so that you can match them: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online

Furthermore, you can use this material to categorize once you're done importing your transactions: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online
