Here is the scenario - [name changed for privacy, etc.]
I have Credit Card A with Bank A, and it is connected to online banking, and I update it and reconcile it without any issues. This card has been online for several years.
I just received Credit Card B from Bank A. Its underlying sponsor is different that Card A, and therefore I have two accounts (one for each Credit Card) but I log into Bank A, and I can select which credit card account I want to look at.
I created a credit card account for Card B but I can't figure out how to connect it to the Bank. The new account is in the chart of accounts but when I go to banking the new card doesn't show up. It does show on the dashboard but I don't see how to connect it to online banking.
When I go into banking the Credit Card B does not show up, and if I click on Link account, the only options are
Upload from file
Manage Connections
Order Checks
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks
EJ

I'll walk you through the steps on how to connect another credit card account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company, @GolfNut72.
You need to click the Link account button itself. With the options you stated above, what you pressed is the drop-down menu beside it. See the screenshots below to see the difference:
After clicking the Link account button, you'll get to the Connect an account page. Since bank A is already connected to your QBO company, you can tap on it again. The only difference is the account information you type in since it's for credit card B. Open this article for additional information on this matter: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
If you encounter any errors regarding online banking, I suggest keeping this article for future use: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
